ASSAM PRAWN AND CHAI BOEY

The first time i successded cooking the "ASSAM PRAWN!" I would love to THANKS my dearie "Constance" for posting it up the recipe for me in her blog.I copy the recipe and i try to cook it and i found out that this is the taste that i wanted for so long coz it`s really taste like my mom use to cook for us to eat before!Hm...i really feel happy that i can taste it back.I did try so many times to cook it but i always fail to get the taste that i wanted.TQ so much Constance!!!..^^..
Here also i try to cook the "chai boey".( leftovers roast pork)with vegestable too.This dish is teach by my sister JLE.
WOW! I really feel happy that i`m now can cook so many type of our m`sian foods already!Hahaaa...As you all know that i only know how to eat and dunno how to cook person.
Hehe....I did try my best now to learn!..^^..

That night she only can wave bye bye and then she go back to the kitchen and cook Maggi mee. Her neighbour came over and ask, 'Eh, an-zhua lu boh kee party?
' So Singaalella kong, 'I-wan, lau-bu kong buay-sai, so boh pian.
' She never expect but the neighbour say, 'Aiyah, kee lah, I give you money.
' So singalella brush teef and zhang-zhui, chen-kor, after that look very different.
She quickly run to opposite of the beh-chia-lor, already 11 o'clock.
At the party, Ah Ming also quite sian because the char bor all boh sui one.
Dance floor even got one ah pek dancing.
Just as Ah Ming told himself, 'Aiyah see-pay zhia-lat', Singalella came in.
Ah Ming straight away lau nuar.

So she pay back the kay-piak eh lau-kay-poh and then kah kee cho sen-lee.
Simi kuan eh sen-lee wah mana eh zhai.

At last my favorite season is here (^0^)/

In Japan we got 4 season in a year,Winter,spring,Summer and Fall.The most I like is the Spring coz at these season you can see lots of beautiful flowers grows and the weather is also very nice not so cold and not so hot.Some people might not so like it coz is also the season of the Hay.But these season is very short.It`s only can stand for 2 months.That is on the month of March and April.
Yesterday while I took my dog for a walk time i saw some lovely flowers grow on the park,look like these year the Spring came early maybe of the weather changes,hahaaa..
So I hurry up use my handphone camera and snap a few pics of these lovely flowers.Look so beautiful ..^^..

My Water Steamer ,Gas Heater And Aroma Diffuser

In winter time the air is very dry exspecially in the house coz mostly ppl willl using the heater or stove to warm up the house and this make the air inside the house dry.when the air is dry it is no good for our health .We can easy get sore throat or dry skin.So for prevent this things happen we will set up a water steamer is like the home air purifier to make the air wet and clean.You can see some of the hospital also got set up like this steamer and is really good for our health.
So here is the water steamer of my and Gas Heater.Also i bought a AROMA DIFFUSER as my sister JESSICA told me that the essential oil is also good for our health too.
The essential oils that i bought is Ylang Ylang,Sandal wood,Peppermint,Lavender and Jasmine.Hm...They really smell good! ..^^..
i love my AROMA DIFFUSER coz it look really cute with the illumination lights on it and this really makes me feel nice and relax and also make my place smell lovely. ..^^..

MY HOME COOK

Today I would like to serve you all with my home cook “Chinese Foods” menu!
Here we got chilis crabs,Sambal prawns,Black soy sauce meat,fried spinach with eggs and oyster sauce and the mix foods boiled.....
